Kathakali, a traditional art form of Kerala.

Kathakali is one of the oldest art form, originated from Malabar region of the Indian state Kerala which later became the soul dance of Kerala.

Kathakali is believed to be originated from Krishnanattam, a dance drama which tells the story of the Hindu load Krishna. Kathakali is a group presentation, in which dancers take various roles of the characters from Ramayana and Mahabharata.
